I am Isha Aggarwal, a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and performer. I have experience of more than 12 years in dancing different styles and 5 years of expertise in teaching.
Losing a loved one is heartbreaking and definitely takes a toll on mental health but I am a firm believer that things happen for a reason and that there will be light at the end of the tunnel. Getting through my loss has meant starting over. I feel fortunate that I can dance and express myself through my art. Through this dance piece, I tried to share the tragedy that happened with me 4 months ago. This is a small tribute for my father. For all those who've lost their loved ones remember not to lose hope because your loved one wouldn't want you to see you cry. It all starts from within, we break, We heal, we accept, we change for good. The hope inside me burns brighter than anything and that is why I am able to deal with the curve ball.
